Who May Petition
Membership Qualifications
Of Lawful Age
You must be a man of mature and responsible age, as set by the jurisdiction.
Belief in a Supreme Being
A belief in a Supreme Being is required; the specific faith is your own.
Good Character
You should be of good moral character and sound reputation in your community.
Free Will
You must come of your own free will and accord, prompted by a favorable opinion of the Craft.
How It Works
The Petition Process
- Reach OutSpeak with a member you know, or contact the lodge. We will meet you where you are and answer your questions.
- Submit a PetitionComplete a petition for the degrees of Masonry, signed by members who recommend you.
- Investigation & BallotA committee of brethren will visit with you, and the lodge will ballot on your petition.
- Receive the DegreesUpon acceptance, you will be initiated, passed, and raised through the three degrees of Ancient Craft Masonry.

New Candidate Information
Once accepted, your Masonic journey begins. You will be guided by a mentor through each degree, learning the history, symbolism, and obligations of the Craft at your own pace. We will provide everything you need — your part is to bring an open mind and a willing heart.
The lodge can add candidate handbooks, dress expectations, and study materials here.
