Lawrence G. Bell Jr., born and raised in North Philadelphia, was educated in the Philadelphia school system and studied accounting briefly before entering the workforce to support his family.

A career operating engineer, he was accepted as an apprentice with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 542, in 2005 and earned journeyman status in 2009. He spent thirteen years in the field specializing in cranes, drill rigs, and hoisting, frequently serving as shop steward and on Local 542’s Civil Rights Board. A founding member and recording secretary of the Brotherhood of Operating Engineers, he now serves as an Organizing Agent for Local 542, with twenty-one years as an operator.

Raised a Master Mason in Richard Allen Lodge No. 30 in 2009, Lawrence now serves as its Worshipful Master. He is a Holy Royal Arch Mason in Eli Turner No. 46, an Illustrious Companion in Philadelphia Council No. 1, and a Sir Knight in Gilbert L. Brannon No. 15. He is a Fellowman of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship and a member of the NAACP and the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.

A pillar of his community, Lawrence has taken part in numerous charitable efforts and coached the Cecil B. Moore Chiefs. A DJ of more than forty years and owner of DaddyCoolz LLC, he enjoys music production. He and his wife, Sister Ebony Blackmon Bell — a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mable M. Keys Chapter No. 99 — have been together since childhood and married twenty-six years; they are the proud parents of Eric, Nasir, and Jamir, and grandparents to Asiah and Eshayah.

Timothy Anderson, honored as the 2026 Richard Allen Lodge No. 30 First District Master Mason of the Year, is a dedicated leader, advocate, and community servant whose life reflects a deep commitment to justice, labor, and civic engagement.

Raised in Kent County, Maryland, he developed the values of hard work, integrity, and service. He studied at Norfolk State University, earned an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Chesapeake College, and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a minor in History from Wilmington University, where he is now pursuing a Master’s in Management Science with concentrations in Non-Profit Management and Small Business Entrepreneurship.

Following a proud family tradition rooted in organized labor, he joined the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) in 1996, serving as Foreman, General Foreman, and Shop Steward, and remains an active member of Local 332 in Philadelphia. A Certified Occupational Safety Manager, he is guided by his mottos, “See something, say something” and “Silence is acceptance.”

Inspired by his father and paternal grandfather, the late Rev. Howard Anderson Sr., who helped integrate Talbot County Schools, Timothy lives by “Stand up, step up, and speak up.” He led the NAACP in Kent County, Maryland and was elected one of seven regional chairs nationwide, earning recognitions including a Citation from the Maryland General Assembly. He is a Blue Ribbon–winning member of Wilmington University Toastmasters and co-owner and grant writer for Voice of Reason Consulting, LLC.

Within Freemasonry he is affiliated with Holy Royal Arch Masons, Eli Turner Chapter No. 46; Martin Luther King Consistory No. 86; and Philadelphia District No. 1 Royal and Select Masons. He currently serves as Junior Warden of Richard Allen Lodge No. 30. He resides in Middletown, Delaware, and Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Lavanetta, their children—Amiyaha, Briasia, and Micah—and their dog, Huey.

Kevin Alex McClennon, known culturally as Khufu Akhu Mentuhotep, serves as the elected Secretary of Richard Allen Lodge No. 30. A scholar, educator, and community advocate, he is committed to preserving the administrative excellence, historical legacy, and traditions of the Craft while helping ensure the Lodge remains strong for generations to come.

Initiated on April 10, 2024, he was passed to the Degree of Fellow Craft on March 12, 2025, and raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason on April 11, 2025. Elected Secretary on September 10, 2025, he emphasizes Masonic education, historical preservation, financial stewardship, and organizational excellence.

His pursuit of further Light has led him along both the Scottish Rite and York Rite paths. A 32° Mason, he holds membership in St. John Lodge of Perfection No. 86, Delaware Valley Rose Croix Chapter No. 86, and Martin Luther King Jr. Consistory No. 86; in the York Rite he is a member of Eli Turner Chapter No. 46, Holy Royal Arch Masons, progressing toward the Royal Arch Degree. He and his wife, Shamara, are members of Blanche P. Nottingham Chapter No. 84, Order of the Eastern Star.

A lifelong learner, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science. In 2015 he co-founded the Raising Awareness Group, and writing as Khufu Mentuhotep he has authored numerous educational articles. Guided by the principles of Ma’at and the Masonic tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, he strives to leave every institution stronger than he found it.
